Damn. Wish I had the extra cash right now. I'd have driven up just to get one. I've been lookin for one for my family around 30'. Holding tanks and such are cheap considering the price you pay for one of these trailers. Heck 1500 for the trailer, and another 200-300 for the holding tank isn't bad at all. Of course, you'd need a freshwater tank and pump setup too, but still, the costs for those are minimal. For most campground camping, you could just install a gray water and black water valve system, and be set.

I would buy one for a hunting camp but not for the family...not the fema ones.

If they are almost like new, I'd just rip out the carpet, fumigate the sucker beyond all possible levels, put in laminate floors and quarter round. Probably need to have the cushions professionally cleaned and sanitized too. But I'd feel safe with my family in one.

Yeah just clean em up I think but are they the ones used or the ones that have been stored.

some had a formaldehyde problem too.
