granted mine is the big-boy mdl, which is too big for me at 280, but that pin is so beefy I can't imagine how it got bent. I'd call them on that one. I'm sure they would send another pin. if it's bent it may not deploy, thats why they STRESS over and over to test it BEFORE you use it. it's no biggie.

My pin is not bent. It's actually never been properly deployed. Not even in practice like they recommend. I just noticed that the pin in the video is bent. It's probably becauase they had to reshoot those scenes a 100 times over.
Too far for me. I am in Palm Beach county. Wish we were closer, Never tried one of those I use the Hunter safety sys. Read them talking about them a wile back on this forum It sounds like a good system.
