Wife and I are selling our rental home. Our tenants are more than likely moving out at end of March. It has only been shown 2x, so I am open to anyone that might want to do a month to month rent, with the understanding it is for sale.
It is in Lutz, Florida which is on the Northern end of Tampa. Very nice neighborhood with lots of kids. Great starter home for a young couple, or anyone relocating to Fl
