All appliances are off-white (not beige) in color and in decent shape. They aren't new, but they aren't even close to being ready for the scrap yard. I'll have specifics on make as well as photos this weekend.
- 25+ cf Side-by-Side Refrigerator - I believe it is a Frigidaire, with ice and water in door with water filter.
Needs a new door seal on the fridge side and there is a crack in the inner liner at the bottom
where a kid used it as a step. The crack doesn't affect the fridge except for appearance.
It works well. In fact, we're using it for a drink/ice fridge just so it stays in use and doesn't go bad/mildew.
- Ceramic top range/oven combo
- Matching Over the range Microwave/convection oven (with mounting plate and hardware).
- Under counter dishwasher
These are not mine. I'm trying to help a buddy out who has to turn his house back over to the bank. (I'm sure we all know somebody in that boat.) The bank told him that he could sell the appliances, and anything he makes and turns in to them will offset the amount he will still owe the bank after they sell the house at auction.
If it makes it more appealing, if you buy the whole set, I'll deliver them anywhere within 50 miles of Orlando. Can't unload or set them up though, cus I was laid up for 3 weeks in July when I helped him take them out of the house. If I can get $600 for the set it would help him out a lot. He has moved his wife and 4 kids in with his in-laws, doesn't have a job, and doesn't have anything else left to sell. (I know, "just another sob story", but I offered to help him, and I'm a man of my word.)
