One sided pull out (queen bed) other side is a couch/bed that doesn't pull out. Has ice cold air, propane stove, fridge, full screened porch, sink with water tank, good storage space, pulls very easily and is in good shape. The bad, The canopy needs to be restitched were it slides into the camper. Its in great shape just the bag that it goes into that attaches to the camper. Thanks, Turner River Rd. in the glades for that. Also the steps are missing (also Turner river rd.) The heater wouldn't work when I tried it a few years ago not sure whats wrong with it. I only messed with it a few min's and gave up. Probably an easy fix if it's even broke. Fridge worked off propane but I don't think it worked on electricity if I remember correctly. Also only tried it once as I always had coolers. One tire has a very slow leak (as in it takes a few months to go flat) I have a spare that could be swapped out with that one.It has electric brakes but the wire needs new connectors put on it. I forgot to tie it up one trip and the wires dragged down the road Oh well never needed the brakes seeing it was a breeze to pull with my truck. And last one of the counters needs a new top, maybe a 20"x20" I loosened the buckles that hold down the top so when I stored it it wouldn't crush the foam seal. Then covered it with a high dollar canvas tarp(or so I thought) I just opened it for the first time in a year to find that the tarp sucked! Some water made it's way into the camper and swelled the one counter top (see Picture)

That's ALL the problems, no surprises with this. It is very clean and functional little camper. Great for 3 or 2 adults and 2 kids. It pulls great down the road. Stays dry inside. It's very easy to set up maybe 5-7 min's from start to finish by myself. Has a propane tank on front and an area for a battery. I always plugged it into a generator or power outlet. I don't use it enough anymore to justify keeping it. I'm looking to get $1700.00 cash for it. Title in hand
