Isn't this the same as when the permits were transferrable? People were "bartering" for permits. This guy has a permit that cost $75 and he's trying to sell it for double???

I didn't think you could legally sell a wma permit,even a Spec opp permit. I don't know for sure though,I do know the day after the swiftmud hog hunts were issued they were all over Craigs list for twice as much.I emailed them and they told me they had no problem with people doing that.
