It is amazing how a lil squirrel or diller can sound like a army going thru the woods and deer are so quiet
Sat in my stand all day, almost 14 hours on saturday. Had some 2 hogs come in around 9:00 no shot about an hour later had more hogs cruise by still no shot. Around 1:00 had 2 does bed down about 40 yards from me and sat there staring in my direction for over an hour got up and walked back right where the pigs went, no shot again. Had pigs fighting and f@#king back behind my stand in the thick stuff all day raising all kinds of hell . It was hard sitting in the stand all day but the game was moving and now I know where to move my stand so hopefully next weekend i'll be putting some points on the board.

Yeah I thought about it but they were pretty close and climbing down the tree and stumbling my big azz through about a foot of water to get to em would probably of spooked everything within a half mile radius. LOL
the calvary is on the way FLDXT!!!!i have not been to GA. yet this year but hoping to next weekend for a short trip.....i just got into another 1k acre lease in GA this week that a local hooked me up with,at 250$ per member it was a steal...also has an earlier rut than my other leases so if the plan plays out right i can hit 3 diff. ruts in GA. this year....property borders 2 other trophy clubs..there were 6 mountable bucks killled off this property last year,one 13 pt scoring 157"...i smell a dream team victory party comin!!!!good luck boys
When does the Ga muzzle loader open? Early Oct right? I may have to ease up there for a long weekend.
