Turkeys are legal with a bow.How's your freezer?
I had 5 hens and one of the biggest gobblers I have ever seen Saturday morning. I never got a clear look at his beard, but he looked like an emu standing next to the hens
Freezer is good, I just got it up and running. I plugged it in and it didn't turn on so I worried for a minute, then realized the knob was set to off on the inside. :clown This past week has been a gagglef*$k with trying to move and then going up to Madison unexpectedly. Thankfully the girlfriend picked up some of my slack while I was out playing in the woods.
Got the feeders running and the stands are set up at my little lease, now if I can get some arrows that won't fall apart on me I'll be good go to. Still gotta put a roof on the HUGE shoothouse we built (4x8). Need to get a gamecam and then I'll be done buying crap for awhile...thankfully.
When are you going to shoot one them poor, skinny and starving deer over there by you? Man, what I'd give for a nice place to hunt within 30 minutes of my house.

Oct. 23 – Nov. 5 by muzzleloader, crossbow or bow only
Nov. 6 – Jan. 2 by all legal rifles, shotguns, muzzleloaders, crossbows, bows and pistols
I'm trying,hopefully between 7:00 and 7:30 pm this eve. Got busted twice this morning,and had one sneak thru the woods at 10:30 going back to bed.Just seen his leggs passing thru the thick.
