Last year I was hunting wy buddies stand and hadnmy flip out taking a vidio and was panning right to left and I see a bobcat on the screen. I look up and he is standing there about sixty yards. I put the thing and he sees me move and starts to get out of there.I get rifle up and missed his ass, should of had it on some kind of holder. Well thats why the call it hunting I guess.

I am not real big on using processors, but this guy is the best we have ever used. Just drive up with the animal on your tailgate, and they handle it from there. Don't have to mess with gutting them or anything. Have not tried his pan style sausage yet, but he makes a killer link. Also has a smoke house to do smoked sausage. Next one I kill I am going to get some done smoked and a breakfast style sausage done. I only am gonna shoot big ones like this the rest of the year now. This one I am getting cubed steaks and link sausage. Freezer is fillin up quick here
Allen, Where is this processor? My buddy has a place just north of Branford. We are gonna be hunting a WMA up that way for gun opener. He gets to hunt some private property south of Perry for hogs, and are getting tired of smoked pork. Some sausage sound really good.
