thats what I thought. they belong to the property owner and can be taken in some different manners than "game animals"
Regardless if they are on your property or not, you cannot spotlight hogs to shoot or use artificial light to take them. I know there eyes don't glow, but you still cannot do it without light and gun permits, your land or not. There is an option to take hogs with a light and gun on the permit.
Like I said before,Moon light. Otherwise the permit is very easy to obtain.
Yeah he and his team is screwed so If I was him I wouldn't even bother with taking the time to do all the paper work just to be turned down. :toast gonna loose anyways
