Pal , just like what has been said before, I think most of us have been through something like this at least once in our lifes , it is hard but you need to pull yourself togeather, keep busy , don't do anything that you will regret, you seem to be young and if it was meant to be then it will be if not , then it is better it happened now instead of waiting after you were married, and had kids... you think you are hurting now , just imagen having your wife leave you and not seeing your daughter for 30 years.... just be patient
I agree with keeping yourself busy, keeping your mind occupied. Remember the more you push(call and text) the more she will stay away and not want to talk to you.
I hate to say this but it is the truth. If you were the rebound relationship it will never work. It never does. You are being used if you are the rebound man or woman. Im not putting her down its just nature. When someone ends a long term relationship they immediately start missing certain things about that relationship,they get scared that they will never get that feeling again so they find the first person that comes along that gives them those feelings,but unfortunately they are false feelings and they dont last. These situations happen alot more when the two people are young but they happen in every age class. Dont take it personally its not anything you did or could have done you just happened to be the next one to come along.Back when I was young and a dog I wanted to be the rebound guy because it could be alot of fun but when I started looking for a serious relationship I stayed way clear of recently ended relationships.
