Proposed hunting season zones and dates

Zone 1 I like. Hot as hell but closer to the rut for the Everglades.

Typical FWC, obviously their biologist haven't spent much time in the woods. Zone 1 is BS, there are four months difference in the rut from one side of the lake to the other. They will have this state so F'd up nobody can fix it.

What is it you are disagreeing with?

WOW! So they're saying the average deer in So FL rut in July and August? Is this the only rut these deer enter all year?

And then you cross some imaginary line and it's not until Nov?

I've never hunted deer down here, always went to North FL, GA, TX, etc. These summertime ruts just seem unreal to me.
