sure am..the dog hunters cut the fence on 3run 20yards east of the gate that goes into richloam...everyone can drive up there an see for their self..they cut it opening weekend.all the guys hunting the corner of powder an 3run have beagles runing past their stands every weekend an a few of them caught them driving down the paved bike trail out of richloam an dumping their dogs in the swamp an catching hogs 50 yards from their stands an the swamp hunters got into it with them...these are all facts..
