Well my buddy calls me and says he's got bad news. He went to check out the pepper spray and finds 2 cans with no bacon left still hanging. 3 or 4 bite marks in each can but no punctures. Also says he left my bigshot climber on a tree right there last week about 6' up and a bear tore up the backrest. :big eyes: We're getting tired of these bears real quick. Just gonna leave no feeders out until the opener on the 26th and hope for the best. He did get about 40 pics this week and the deer are showing back up to his food plot along with the bears and a bobcat. "tup"

They will tear up cushions on stands and chairs in a hurry...
Reason I heard by an old timer is they really crave salt. So if you sweat on it, they tear it apart to get to that salt.
I learned that hunting in S Ga years ago and now never leave a cushion on my stand
One guy last year had a pop up blind and the bear ripped it up and his chair like it went thru a shredder

Sorry I didnt mention that previously

LOL--lesson learned. Well I don't have any corn out now and won't be going back till the opener on the 26th so hopefully they will have moved on by then. The deer are hitting the food plots pretty good so that's where I'll be opening day. "tup"
