It's the cost of them damned small bottles and the fancy labels that's got the price up so high. Add in the overhead of advertising in magazines and on huntin shows, and that's how a $2 bottle of deer urine turns into a $12 gimmick.
I have had very good luck using mock scrapes and I use my own bottled attractants but have read about the ones you posted.I have been peeing in scrapes for years and only had a couple deer shy from it.That is not a big issue since the human scent molecules dissipation is pretty fast.
