So true. But there ain't much there to hunt. But it is VERY close to the comforts of home, less than a 15 minute drive, and all. The only issue is the limited amount of property to hunt. They've only got 5 acres, and there's 5 vacant (land-locked) behind them, but it is real thick. Not a whole lot of places to put a stand. I'm thinkin that there's maybe 3 spots total to hunt, and not an over-abundance of game. Sure, there are several doe, a few bucks, turkeys, and hogs, but I also have to compete with the neighbors, and the big sticking point is getting the MIL's permission to harvest one or more of her "pets".
