i hang the hogs by the head too. it seems easier to cape a deer out hung upside down, but if not i think its easier to clean both hung by the head.

yeah, to cape a deer is easier hung by back legs, but just to quarter i find it easier , hung from the head.

yea but when your skinning them they keep spinning.

we would gut them hanging by the head, and leave the skin on while aging hanging out in the garage head down for a week or so, to drain, but that was up north, had to leave the skin on so they wouldnt freeze

man you need to get that hogs skin off asap.. its nasty. just my opinion.
