Hunting Sovereign Land

Kinda off topic but we are seriously looking for property of our own, 50 to 100 acres, somewhere in GA, just to be able to hunt and eventually build on it to move back into the South, have to find some in the right area where I can get government work though! We will find it, and at the right price! I am gonna hunt the local WMA up here that's unrestricted for now and keep making my trips to GA and NY until I have my own property! I would be wary of the whole sovergn land thing since it appears almost to good to be true and by the looks of some of the posts could be a lot more hassle than its worth! My two cents!
