I've donated deer before, in N.Y. but the problem was they expected the hunter to pay to have it butchered before they would accept it. in the past when young broke and hungry working my way thru college I ate alot of squirel, grouse and rabbit because I couldnt afford the supermarket ( and never been healthier) and I would eat any animal (legal ) before eating out of a dumpster.

years ago we could donate to neady orgs and such, then the goody two shoes in tally said no more without goverment grading inspections ie,,like beef and pork.

I hate just shooting them but they gotta go.
