Living with amenities sounds good and I can check the WMA land out better when I get down there too to see if the work needed would be to much for me.DONY1 thank you for the figures they look very acceptable with my finances I have.Frank and GoodOyster thank you guys I will be calling Monday about RV lot that makes good sense and gives me the opportunity to look as you said.
Jimmy and Frank the lot is 2 blocks inland of Inlet beach on 65 Walton Palm way rd so is not far off from where I would like to be.I talked with a guy that owns a small business right there in the area he sells boats and tackle there so I would have a place to stop and BS at,lol.But definitely not back in the sticks there...
Thank you Papa J. I am starting to think the rented lot will do well until I could look into the buy lot better.I do want the WMA land for sure but I can rent month to month until I get lot cleared.So that would be a benefit for me live in some comfort until I can move onto lot.
Definitely having running water for showers and such, electric, and sewer are big positives until you get it all set up on the property. Got an idea about an inexpensive septic system for ya too, that shouldn't make your neighbors mad.
