Well yes I have 2 now so choice is the toughest part because I need to make a decision kind of soon.
Rose will hold the WMA area land for me until I get down there and that is good. But the one I had been waiting on for we'll just say a long time is open.And this is 2 blocks from the beach and near everything so now I am stumped on what to do.
A- is 28 miles away and tucked in some prime azz area with wildlife and fishing right there.Payment $100 per month dry camping to own land!
B- is 2 blocks from the beach and nearer stores,town.. and medical aide if needed.Payment $250 per month rental with electrical,water and sewer hook ups but added cost of paying for those.Choosing is tough!
I'd find out from the power company how much it would cost to put in a pole and meter. Since there are other places there, I'm sure that you shouldn't have too much trouble or high costs getting that in. All you should need is a pole with a meter and a power box installed that you can plug your trailer into. And you may be able to get away with a 6x6 post, which runs about $30 for a 12 footer.
Anyone here have an idea on the cost to have electric ran?? I would enjoy the out of the way lot much more I think,lol.
And I would need a quad but read the rules for the wma land says no vehicles but would be nice to pack up fishing gear and head to ramp plus a short trip in the woods.
