Well me im taking long walks in the woods carrying a ton of weight in my backpack. Just having the weight on me helps me get my back stronger. IM also walking around in knee high mudd boots. I really need to get a mountain bike and start cycling around the spots i plan to hunt. Just to build up the leg muscles. I know for opening day archery ima gonna ge hunting a spot that is like 100 yards from where i park my truck. so i dont worry about that.. but general gun i walk for miles.
its all good man.. before hunting season i weighed 350 now i weigh 325. but if i keep drinking like i do ima be back to 350 again. lol luckly im tall.
Nothing like a bad economy to make me drink.
i think this weekend we should get together and DRINK. celebrate the recession!
