Use bungee cords. As long as they don't cover the flash, sensor, or lens, they should work just fine.

I was gonna try gluing on some fishing line guides, for my cameras as well as rifles for lifting and lowering gun in and out of tree stand just couldn't decide on glue or weld.

a ratchet strap right across that moultrie camera will hold it . just don't cover the flash or lense with it. should be enough space to put a strap.
