I came across several 50 lb bags of Oats. What for and how can I use this ?? Is this something that gets planted for growth ? or can it just be put on the ground and Deer eat it ?

Also can get Canadian Harvest fiber. looks like a yellowish powder.

Either way. Oats are a winter time crop and need to be planted in fall. They will probably not grow if you wait to next year to plant
