remember this Ted Nugent incident happened in California and we know how the media and the truth don't mix. I haven't seen any video and also am not sure if cmere deer is a food bait, or an attractant. not sure what the size/antler/sex limits are in Ca. but they make it sound like he shot a fawn still in spots. I'm sure with his money he could have afforded an attourney and gotten off, but chose the quick and easy route and didn't even show up at the trial. for someone that films hunts for a living I'm sure all the work: scouting, stand/blind set up, baiting/attractant spreading,camera/microphone set up is all done before he even gets there and he just gets in place and makes a shot. I'm not saying what he did is right or wrong at this time. just sounds like the antihunters taking advantage of a big name celeb to promote their cause.
Yeah,I'm sure he flew in,got put in a stand and was told to shoot whatever he wants to. They will try to crucify him for anything. He pushes that product for money,so I'm sure he has a contract that it has to be in all is shows or something like that. That Hank Parker joker leases land up near where I hunt in Mo and films shows there and he pays outrageous amounts and drives the cost up for everyone else up there. He is a DICK.

Michael Waddell does the same thing in Ga, close to Blakely. Exact same thing. His lease borders my cousins. They called the DNR on them for hunting over bait in turkey season. Apparently his peeps scattered corn on a county road, and it caused the members in my cousins lease to not be able to hunt that section. Opening day his crew was out there filming him. I don't know what the outcome was
