Anyone here know about North Starr Tree Stands?

A guy has a North Starr 15' ladder stand for sale, pics looks good, but I can't find any info on them online. Looks like either North Starr went under or they are redoing their website, or were in the middle of redoing their website when they went under, etc. I plan to go look at the stand tomorrow, he says it's like new, but just wondered if anyone here has experience with this make. Is it a good stand, are there any known problems with them, etc.?

How much does it weigh? It could be one of those 8-man-to-put-up-hurricane-proof models.

Never heard of them Gary. You are right, not much info on them online.
