I caught a pic of this buck walking by on a game trail. It was taken in North FL. up by the FL/GA state line. My question is from when the pic was taken to bow season in Sept., how much potential antler growth can there be? Can this buck end up being a 6 or maybe an 8 pt? How old would you guys say he is?

First off, welcome to the forum. From the pic he looks to be a 2.5 year old and will probably be a basket 6pt

he'll be a 6 id imagine, but don't think an 8..... what do I know though!? I've been pretending my doe cam pics have antlers. LOL

Looks like the knots at the top of the antlers will make small forks so I'm going to go with a 6pt like everyone else said.
