yeh thats no joke i had some prick turn me in about 12 years ago for poachin red fish said he seen me catchin under sized ones and not throwin them back in wich i was catchin them and throwin them back. the next mornin they were at my door dude gave them my plate number searched the apartment and my truck found nothin and said sorry just doin our job. no warent didnt need one i had nothin to hide anyway.

With the redfish story, they had a reason to search and thats all they needed. You were supposedly seen taking undersized redfish. That is their probable cause to search your place. And since you left in your truck, theres the probable cause to search the truck
