Say hello to non transferable quota permits

We have no deer data to base changes on. We need a tag system with mandatory call in or some sort of log in system. The state has NO data whatsoever. We have no idea on the status of our deer herd.

Exactly my feelings, but I gotta admit that in light of the behavior of some of the bozos Ive met over the years. I find myself leaning towards supporting a manditory annual compitancy Exam before buying a licence

Spend some time in Dixie and Lafayette county like I do and you will see some folks who do not need guns in their hand

Luckily I don't hunt many busy places so this should not effect me to bad. The system they have now is screwed up so lets see what happens. I still wish they would have just marked the permits after the quota was met on it (2 deer per quota permit) and then it's nontransferable. That would have helped also. Oh well If I don't get drawn I will have to be someones buddy. 🙄
