What I don't like is the guest permit BS. That will be an issue you can count on that!

FWC makes changes to WMA quota system

The rules also establish a new guest permit, whereby a quota permit holder can take someone hunting with him, if that person applies under the quota permit holder’s customer ID number.

Stipulations of the guest permit require that the quota permit holder and his guest enter and exit the WMA together, share the same vehicle and share a single bag limit. In addition, the quota permit holder must be on the area when the guest is hunting, and in cases where a WMA has zone tags, both people must hunt in the same zone.

.

Thats retarded! you can apply for a group permit and have seperate bag limit, drive your own truck and not need a baby sitter 😯 πŸ˜• πŸ˜• πŸ˜•

We have no deer data to base changes on. We need a tag system with mandatory call in or some sort of log in system. The state has NO data whatsoever. We have no idea on the status of our deer herd.
Manage the herd, not the hunters first

Exactly my feelings, but I gotta admit that in light of the behavior of some of the bozos Ive met over the years. I find myself leaning towards supporting a manditory annual compitancy Exam before buying a licence
