What time of the year is right to fertilize oak trees to supplement acorn growth? And also what do you fertilize them with?

February, with a 10-1-0-10 or a 13-13-13 is what I have always been told. Keep in mind, some species of oaks take 2 years to develop

Feb is the best time to put out fertilizer on your oaks don't forget your native vegitation
