Yeah...you would have to take real wide turns....like I said....the disc I use is a five fooer that weighs about 900 lbs and really digs in...but takes a good sized tractor to handle that......just keep going over it until its all turned over and under....takes time with a light harrow...
It should look like dirt, I would have shot it with weed killer and two weeks later put the disk to it....sayin.
also get you a couple 50lb plates for that thing. cinder blocks bounce around and break.
If you choose to go the herbicide route, I would recommend roundup quick pro. I've been using it for a year or so in my palms and the stuff is awesome. It's also a systematic weed killer so it'll kill the entire plant including the roots. I spray it around my palms in the ground and you can see it start working in a day or two. I'm also going to start experimenting with my pre-emergent herbicide on a test plot I have (once the plot seed has germinated) and I'll let y'all know the results.
