We went about 5 months with no rain. Then last week we got 4.75 inches in a short period of time. Decimated all my squash. I mean just beat them into the ground

Same thing here, I have already pulled my squash and turnips out of the ground, tilled it up and replanted those areas with okra and snap beans

Somehow my cukes survived it and are flourishing well and producing
