I am looking for a small travel trailer like this one pictured my needs are to have a stove oven and small bathroom and be in usable condition.My price range is around $1000 and it can weigh up to 2400lbs!

Assuming you are wanting to find one down here, check this site here daily. I bought the one that is at my hunting camp off of here. If you find one that interest you, I am sure one of us will go look at it for you
