I spent 4x that, plus a bucket of salt water catfish to get a non-English speaking Jetty rat to jump in and get the net for me the last time, and I still had to split the bait with him (seaweed and 2 1" sand perch).

How do you cast a net?

I had the same question. I can't find the little push button thingy so that the net opens up when you throw it. And who do you get to go down in the water and get the net after you throw it? I've gone through 4 nets already, and it's kinda an expensive sport at $80 per net and only 4 throws.

ive caught rocks with mine. that just means u need to take a swim.

one night about 11 or 12 at sebastion inlet there were sopme huge mullet in there. we casted our nets only 3 cast and we had a whole 55 gallon drum of those big boys. took 3 guys to pick up my net including me. the second cast from another guy got hung up and he had to go swimming for it. pitch black
