Had a great duck opener . Had a FS member offer me a spot on their permit and to help them out . We had an awesome hunt and we piled up some ducks . My bag was pretty good . Pintail hen , Redhead hen , Mottled , Fulvous , 2 Wigeon hen . Alex and Mike banged away on Ringers , Teal and a Fulvous . 
Sunday hit the bread line with my son and a buddy . Had a even better day by just hunting with my boy . This season I told him it was time to shoot flying ducks and a few in the water if need be . But he did great , out of 6 flying he shot 4 . Man I gotta tell you I was really proud of him and he did his own retrieves too . I guess the apple didn't fall far from the tree . lol I was lucky enough to shoot another good bag . Especially with a Drake Woody , drake shoveler , Redhead hen , GWT , Scaup and BWT . My boy shot all Ringers and a Bull Drake .
