When my dad n uncle migrated down here from South Ga, they bird hunted strictly. Didn't own a truck then. Dogs and them piled in an ol 58 Chevy. I gotta find those pics
Back in the late 70's and the early 80's when I first started hunting with my grandfather and great uncle for rabbits they both had Beagles for rabbits and those two dogs would ride in the front seat of my grandfathers old Ford LTD hunting car and my great uncles Mercury station wagon hunting vehicle and I always had to ride in the back seat until I was 16! But the funny thing is we always shot our limits with those two dogs! 6 rabbits each per day! Those were the days...... The damm dogs knew they were good!
