Ultimate over all hunting dog?

we used live pidgeons for training. tuck the head under a wing and swing them in an ark to disorient them and they won't fly away for a while. it takes a little while to figure out how long and how hard to rock them, then have someone NOT YOU plant them in a field, and let the dog find,point,flush-BANG, and retrieve them. they are too smart for you to plant the birds cuz they will soon figure out to just follow your scent. since my brittany's are "French brittany's" and not AMERICAN brittany's and not recognized by the AKC I had to do the field trial thing.

like walker but on a wind blowing day my red bone or black and tan but you can;t beat a good blue tick on deer
