my son would like to see how to hunt hogs with dogs. he is not really interested in running deer just hogs. he would like to get into it but needs to learn first hand expirence. If anyone in the bradenton Area runs hogs and would not mind a a couple of tag alongs please let me know.

i can't believe no one hear runs dogs for hog. lots of people read my post but either don't run dogs or don't want to show someone new what it is all about. my son is still talking about getting his own hog dogs but he needs to see what it is like first hand.

Lots of people on this forum are hog doggers.
Instead of sending out a blanket "invite me", why don't you read the hog section of the forums, find someone whose posts you like, and send them a private message. Introduce yourself.
Get to know someone and they're more likely to invite you than just a random stranger on the web.

hunting spots, private land, honey holes and invitations are getting harder to find. too much competition for limited spots I guess. like Christmas cards you gotta give em to get em. good trustworthy hunting partners are hard to come by, like true friends. plenty willing to use you for a place to hunt and never even offer to return the favor. a big reason I like to hunt alone mostly, only 1 A-hole to worry about and I get to call the shots.
