Yeah, the fella in the video at the comments below it said that his buddy got stung on one of their dive trips and had an awful time with it. I guess if you are highly allergic to the sting it can kill you...
Here's his comment:
"We used to collect them for sandwiches until one of my best friends got stuck in the finger by almost two years ago. The pain worked it's way up his arm and across his chest. The next day he had tightness in his chest and flu-like symptoms. He went to his Dr and had a resting heart rate of 177. He spent 7 days in intensive care with congestive heart failure from the venom. It required 2 catheter cauterizations of damaged heart tissue and a year of therapy to fully recover.
