those grouper party boats drift fish alot, so even if a bite is on in a spot, you only may catch one, if you are lucky. i have charted the stray dog out of cortez a few times and had a BLAST. caught lots of fish, lost a few good ones, just a great charter on a really comfortable boat. would recommend that guy to anyone.
We have a family friend who charters outta cortez. He does inshore though
In NJ there's a website for fishing our area. One of their forums is called "Open Boat". It's a place where charter boat capt.s would post opening on their charters in the upcoming days. Works very well for people like me who usually can't put together a 6 pack charter. It works very well. Anything like that in the space coast area?
Find one that you want to got with and just let them know what day you can go and they will find others to fill the boat. The first one I went on we had 3 people and the capt. filled the rest.
Hey Tusker, are you up in the Melbourne area? I've heard good things about fishing the Indian River but It'd be nice to hear it firsthand.
