im a scuba diver and spearfisherman here in the central west area and the goliath has a very strong presence here rangin from twenty foot deep all the way out to the MG and theyre a nuisance they always come up to spear fisherman and try to take our fish and when theyre the size of a small car its a lil nervous the way they bark at ya
We used to get so sick of them eating the fish of our lines, we'd tie a big hook onto some small rope, use a bluerunner or some other big bait, and then use the anchor winch to yank them up. To hell with breaking your back and feeling like :crip the next day.
