I live in orlando and do most of my fishing on the east coast. Me and my buddy are looking to head to the west coast maybe this week. He talks about fishing the mexican pride wreck but he has not been out there for a few years. Has anyone been out there lately and has some reports. whats been hot lately offshore?

From what I've heard if you want any gag you need to run really deep. I'm talking Middle Ground and out.

To be honest , we do whatever. we can troll for mahi, tuna ,wahoo or whatever else may be bitting right now. or we can fish the reefs or wrecks for snapper, grouper or a.js. We dont mind running 30 ,35 miles out but the middle grounds is a bit far.
