Back in the 70's our local youth group would load up the school bus and go to Fisheating Creek Camp Ground once or twice a year.
We would camp out next to the creek and fish, swim, canoe for 10 days.
I caught my first 10 lb. bass in the lake where the railroad bridge crosses.
I guess I was out there about 10 times.
Last time I went was in 1979 or 1980 and haven't been back since.
Is the camp ground still nice?
Can you still canoe and fish next to the creek?
I was thinking about going out there for a weekend with my family.

I think we'll schedule a camping trip there this winter.
