True I use a hen call or a gobbler to locate even an air horn when in big country.Yes I do lots of drive scouting pre-season and mark feeds or roostings.With the walk n stalk method yes you use call sparingly.This way I can locate birds and then find their travel route and set up.I like to use decoy's and calls mostly hen.
