'I am a member of a hunting forum and an avid bow hunter. After seeing that guy on YouTube that you sponsor gut shoot those 2 hogs from over 50 yards I must question the morals and ethics of your company.Rest assured that neither I nor any hunter that I know will be purchasing anything from your company. Why would you sponsor someone like that and allow them to post on YouTube a video that shows an unethical shot, wounding 2 animals and no recovery of either animal. congrads you just gave more ammo to the anti-hunters ' thats the email i sent there company

The video has been removed, but I sent this anyway!

"Dear Stickem Archery,

I am an avid bowhunter and take pride in being aware of my own limitations and abilities. I am a member of several online hunting communities.
I am writing to express my total disapproval of the hunt depicted in the YouTube video where a hunter under your company's logo intentionally shot at 2 animals with one arrow.
To say this was poor sportsmanship would be an understatement! This act was totally unethical and only served to showcase this person's lack of respect for the sport and of his prey. This man was nothing but a showoff and a very poor representative for any respectable company.
I realize the video has been removed, but I must tell you it may be too little, too late. The damage has been done. This has been posted for some time and viewed by who knows how many. I'm sure it will become fuel for the anti-hunting crowd to use to condemn us all as bloodthirsty, disrespectful morons.
I hope the removal of the video is only the start of the action you are taking as a company to ensure this sort of thing never happens under your logo again. I believe your company owes a huge apology to the hunting community.

Them removing it this soon after our little "intervention" just goes to show you that 1 man ( or 2, or 6 ) CAN make a difference.
Maybe next time they'll do the right thing, even if it's just to avoid the negative publicity!

I just received this response! I cannot vouch for the truth of what they say, but the video is gone.

"Sorry you feel that way regarding the video. I assure you we do have ethics and support ethical bowhunting. While the shot was not a perfect shoulder shot. The video does not portray the entire story regarding the hunt. Both hogs were recovered on a ranch that has a significant hog problem. There was not intention by this hunter to be a show off. With that said you are entitled to your feedback. We will be more careful with our videos and how hunts are filmed. It was a mistake not to provide the full context of the entire hunt and recovery. At the end of the day this video does not define our company or ethics. We do take feedback seriously and have removed the video.

Thank You,
