I would recommend a PSE X-Force.

Check eBay, or there's a website called archerytalk.com that has a classifieds section with feedback like eBay, so you can see reputable sellers. There are a lot of shop owners that post bows for sale on there. You can pick up a used X-Force for right around $400, most of the time with custom strings.
