I arrowed a pig 2 Thursdays ago. It was right at dark and I'm not certain where I hit it, but it was a complete pass thru with good blood from the broadhead to the nock. Last place I saw it was about 100 yards away trotting thru the brush. I packed my crap and my stand and moved it out to the trail then started following blood. With the blood I was finding I just knew I was going to happen up on it any second, but 250 yards, steady blood trail and about an hour later I came to where it went into a big swamp. Like iluv2hunt stated below, I was alone, it was late and it only got thicker. I counted that one as a loss.

lost i say an 8 plus but i got a doe so every thing is Ok. A 10 yard shoot on him after i took a 15 on a doe he saw me as i was releasing and he bolted but i still had the hit just a bad one. Saw him when i turned to sit back down coming in on a string right for me. It hit shoulder i dont think it hit anything deeper. Found the arrow not deep

This was my mistake i drew back as he was coming toward me I know better than that. I waited for the doe to give me the right shoot but the thought of two in one sit was adrenaline flow. I was carving him up before it had him bagged.
