I've helped clean up after one of her unscheduled stops. We called her a thing or two as well.
She leaked more than an old fart in a trailer park drinking beer when she was on the ground. Funny how fast them guys raced to top her off after they got her off the ground.
And it wasn't regular old hydraulic fluid or jet fuel. All that stuff required special handling and all kinds of paperwork to make sure it was disposed of properly.
I can say that I didn't envy the ground crew one single bit. In fact, I found their career choice quite amusing.
I can imagine the guys that worked her every day weren't all that enamored with her either after a while. My problem was I was one of only 4 airmen at our base who had a clearance high enough to work around her doing the cleanup.
