i use the same arrows.. never had any luck taking the knocks out.. but saw eric do it. he takes a quarter and puts it in the slot and slowely turns it til it breaks loose.
I'd call the company and let them know about the inserts and ask them whats up. I've gotten alot of free stuff over the years with a nice polite phone call or letter ( yes back in the day we mailed letters ), companies love to hang stuff like that from satisfied customers on their walls.
I picked up a tube of glue and glued all the inserts in today. Took about 30 minutes for a dozen arrows. Cleaning up the arrow shafts was the most time consuming.
Then I fletched 6 of them with the NAP QuickFletch Quickspins. Man I love those things. I am really rough on fletchings, so I read the reviews on these and decided to go this route for this year. So far so good. I will pick up another pack now to do the other 1/2 dozen.
I guess shooting a bow is like riding a bike, you never forget how. I have not touched my bow since bow season last year. I hit the bullseye on every shot that I made today. Also stepped up a spine weight for this year. I could really tell a difference with the force the arrow was hitting the target. Had a different sound to it
Now to put some jb weld on my shoulder :crip
Do you have a insert squaring tool? It is extremely important to make sure your inserts are square or you will never have consistent flight with broadheads. Im not trying to be a know it all but just trying to save alot of frustration when shooting broadheads.
gonna have to pay to have my arrows fletched amd maybe nocked this year. anyone know of a good archery shop near spring hill or brooksville? will travel a little further for someone real good if needed.
